Q. State your name for the record.
A. Kacey Hester.

Q. Do people also know you as OTF Jam?
A. Yes.

Q. How long have you known Durk Banks?
A. Since 2007. He was 15 years old.

Q. In 2012, while you were in custody, did Mr. Banks send money to your lawyer and put money on your books?
A. Yes.

Q. After King Von was killed in November 2020, did people talk about “sliding for Von”?
A. Yes.

Q. Did you later hear Mr. Banks make threats toward Quando Rondo?
A. Yes. In the studio in Atlanta.

Q. On August 18, 2022, did Asa “OTF Boonie Moe” Houston call you?
A. Yes. He said I needed to go to San Diego.

Q. What did you understand that trip was for?
A. To find Quando.

Q. Did you go to Los Angeles with David Lindsey, Deandre Wilson, and others?
A. Yes.

Q. On August 19, 2022, at the Mobil station at Beverly and La Cienega, did you take part in the shooting that killed Saviay’a Robinson?
A. Yes.

Q. Who shot first?
A. Shorty. David Lindsey. From farther back.

Q. How many times did you fire?
A. About four.

Q. Afterward, were you in the car when Deandre Wilson was on the phone with Durk Banks?
A. Yes. He was asking if we hit something and how many shots we got off.

Earlier that same day, prosecutors also played an unreleased 2021 video titled “Redman.” Defense counsel Brian Steel described it as unreleased art. The government offered it as evidence of motive.
