Rapper Young Thug accepted a plea deal in the YSL RICO on Thursday.

The plea comes with a hefty 40 year prison sentence for the rapper but is broken down into time served, probation with the prison time being backloaded.

The first 5 years are to be served in prison, which has been commuted to the time he’s already served, followed by 15 years of probation, which is followed by a backloaded 20 years in prison, that will be commuted to time served if he successfully completes the 15 years of probation.
